Willow Springs Country Club first opened for play in 1912. The course has been renovated by Ellis Maples.
This is an old, classic style course. The greens are small and flat and the fairways are tree lined. There is a creek that flows throughout this course and comes into play several times.
The layout of the course is reminiscent of a Donald Ross designed course. Ellis Maples designed the greens. The fairways are lined with hardwoods and pines and are considerably flat, making it easy for walkers. Willow Springs plays to 6,641 total yards from the blue tees to the greens and 4,836 total yards from the red tees, players at any skill level will enjoy golf Willow Springs.

Willow Springs CC is a nice semi-private course with a solid membership and nice layout. Not too tough, but they have a few holes that will make even a good golfer think. The fairways at this time were in need of some attention, but the greens were quick enough and putted true. Beautiful Azaleas all around the course along with flowering dogwood and other nice landscaping. Fun course to play! They also have a dog that belongs at the course which you may see walking around, so say Hi! as it loves golfers.
